Man electrocuted while working on fiber optic lines along N.J. street, police say - nj.com

A man was electrocuted Wednesday morning while he was working on fiber optic cable lines in Hamilton, police said.

Officers were called to 11 South Gold Drive for a report of a white bucket truck and a yellow box truck on fire, according to a statement from the Hamilton Police Department. While they were extinguishing the flames they found human remains on fire on top of the box truck. Lc Duplex Patch Cord

The remains were identified as 52-year-old Cherry Hill resident Dean Kitchin, who had been electrocuted by a live wire while working on the lines, authorities said.
